Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by iMeshbean can be returned within 90 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. For all items, we provide a 6-month warranty.

If you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly get in touch with us within 90 days. We are here to help. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement.

Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging. You will get free shipping on your return by using our prepaid label. Contact us to get the prepaid label, and print this prepaid shipping label. Put the return label on the package and take it to UPS/ USPS drop-off location and ship it to us during your return period. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 5 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

NON-Seller Mistakes Return

For all NON-Seller Mistakes, you have to pay the shipping handle fee to return it, and we will charge you a 20% restocking fee.

To ensure a successful return, kindly return the item with all its accessories and packaging intact. Please maintain the item and package in its original condition to avoid any rejection of the return.  

The return policy for purchases from a third-party website (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is listed on those websites. If you want to return the item bought from a third party, please contact them directly. iMeshbean return policy doesn’t apply to them.

Contact us to get an RMA# (A Merchandise Authorization Number) and return address. It will make the return process more smooth, and the package will not be ignored.

Once you get the return authorization from our customer service, return or exchange can be handled. Otherwise, Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted.

Please kindly leave the RMA#, order number, and user ID in the original shipping packaging. Please send us the return tracking number via email.

Please help us send back the item with the ORIGINAL PACKAGE, and make sure it is still in a brand new state. If you have abandoned the original package, please contact our customer service first. We will tell you what to do next, and give you a reasonable solution.
