: Can I pick up the package by myself?
A: We are so sorry, we don’t support self pick-up service temporarily. But don't worry, we will ship it within one business day. For most parcels, it will be delivered in 2-5 days.
: Do you ship to other countries besides America?
A: We only ship the items to the USA and Canada at present.

: About the delivery time
A: We will arrange the parcels on the same day except on weekends. It will take 2-5 days for delivery, but in remote areas, the delivery time will be longer, such as AK, APO, GU, HI, PR, VI, etc. For more details, please click our Shipping & Delivery.
: Do you support Priority Mail?
A: Yes. We provide standard shipping methods (USPS & UPS) for our products. If you want to use Priority Mail, please contact us, and pay the expedite shipping handle fee. We will ship the parcel to you by Priority Mail.
: About Sales Tax
A: We DO NOT charge Sales Tax except in Texas. Shopping on imeshbean.com is more cost-effective than elsewhere.
: If I receive an incorrect item, how can I return it?
A: Please send us some pictures showing the whole package with the item, and the SKU of the white tag on the original package, such as 105-2018-RD. We will get the wrong item back for the right one or a full refund.
: How can I return the damaged or defective items?
A: Please don’t worry, we provide 90 days return policy and a 180-day warranty. For the damaged items, We will resend a new one or refund you. Please contact us and send us some pictures to show the items with the whole package. We need to confirm if it is damaged in transit, so we can claim a case with USPS or UPS.
: What is your Return and Cancellation Policy?
A: Items can be returned for exchange or a full refund within 90 days from the date you receive your merchandise. But if it is a non-seller mistake case, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee. For more details please check our Return Policy.
