iMeshbean Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by iMeshbean can be returned within 90 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. For all items, we provide a 6-month warranty.

Go to My Orders,select Return & Replace in the Actions menu. And then select your reason and add details,attach pictures to solve the problem quickly. Finally Submit and Confirm. After confirm we will correct it and exchange it free of charge. You can check our reply or next step on return items in a few hours later.

​All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund,like buy the wrong item or you no longer need it,you should pay for the return shipping fee and we also need to charge 20% re-stocking fee. If you insist on returning,Go to My Orders,select Return & Replace in the Actions menu. And then select Ordered by misatek or No need anymore, add details,attach pictures to solve the problem quickly. Finally Submit and Confirm. We will deal with it as soon as possible.You can check our reply or next step on return items in a few hours later.If the item has been installed or used, sorry we are unable to accept a return due to safety concerns with used parts.

Before ship it out,go to My Orders,select Cancel in the Actions menu. And then adjust quantity. Finally Submit and Confirm. After confirm we will cancel your order and issue a Full refund in 2 business days.


After item was shipped,sorry we couldn’t cancel it.In this case,you could refuse the package directly when you receive and inform us in time.If the package is still in brand new state, we can waive the restocking fee, but we will charge you shipping handling fee. 

Return Instructions

A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all need returned packages (After we have a fully communication). Please contact us to get an "RMA" number and our address before you ship your items back to us.Items returned without an "RMA" number would be ignored or delayed in processing. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service.

Please kindly leave the RMA# , order # and your username on original shipping packaging and send us the return tracking number via message, which will help us process it smoothly.

If you have thrown the original shipping packaging,make sure to carefully wrap and protect the product when send it back.Products damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for refund.

Please keep in mind,if your package is returned to us from UPS/USPS due to wrong address or undeliverable address,we will refund the full amount of your purchase exclude the shipping costs.
