Note:
1. This inverter only works with 12V Solar Panels(perfectly compatible with Vmp18V), it CAN NOT be connected to ANY BATTERY as the input source.
2. The Output can only be connected to the grid, CAN NOT connect to the ANY BATTERY, NOR CAN it connect to ANY HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES.
3. Check if the power grid voltage is in the usable range of the inverter, and make sure the output terminal of the inverter has been connected to the home grid but not other appliances.
4. Please confirm the working environment, the inverter is NOT WORKING when under an environment like RAINY DAYS, in the EVENING or HIGH-TEMPERATURE PROTECTION.
5. All the customers should be known that Under The Sun Glare Conditions, the Conversion Rate of Power Panel is about 80%, and the Grid Tie Inverter is about 85%, it means that if you need a 500W power outlet from our inverter, you need to connect it to a solar panel less that 500/0.85/0.8 equals about 735W, please note, do not buy the wrong one, or you can ask our customer services before you buy it, thank you.

General troubleshooting

Stop working/No power output
1.Check if the DC switch opens.
2.Check if the DC terminals have connected right.
3.Check if the negative and positive terminals have connected right.
4.Check if the DC input voltage is in the usable range of the inverter.
5.Check if the power grid voltage is in the usable range of the inverter.
6.Check if the DC fuse has blown.
7.Check if the power grid connected right to the inverter.

DC terminal connected right, but no power output
1.Check if the power grid connected right to the inverter.
2.Check if the power grid voltage is in the usable range of the inverter.
3.Check the LEDs. After starting working, the FAULT red LED is not bright and the ST green LED blinking in working conditions. If the green LED blinking and there have no power output, there maybe be some parts broken inside. Please help send back the defective products to us to analyze the reason.

General problem exclusions:
1.Stop working, No LED bright.
2.Broken parts-----DC input fuse/DC MOSFET

DC input fuse:
1.Please open the DC fuse cap and check the fuse if blow. Or you can use the multimeter: adjust the watch hand in the tap position of the diode, if it access, means the fuse is OK. If it opens the circuit, means the fuse is broken, needs to change.
2.DC MOSFET:
3.Please open the inverter and take out the PCB, find the U2 stabilivolt, measure if there have 5V output. If have 5V output, maybe the CHIP broke. If have not 5V, maybe the U2 or Q6 broken needs to change.
4.Find the RF2,RF3,RF4,RF5,RF6,RF9 6 MOSFETs. Adjust the multimeter watch hand in the tap position of the diode, measure the D pole and S pole, the black pen connect to the D pole, and the red pen connects to the S pole, if the resistance is over 0.45, means the MOSFET is ok. If the value of resistance is 0, means the MOSFET is a breakdown, needs to change.
LED display OK, but no power output.
1.Broken parts----AC MOSFET/AC fuse
2.AC MOSFET:
3.Please open the inverter and take out the PCB, find the RF7, RF8, RF17, RF18 4 MOSFETs, Adjust the multimeter watch hand in the tap position of the diode, measure the D pole and S pole, the black pen connect to D pole, and the red pen connects to S pole, if the resistance is over 0.45, means the MOSFET is ok. If the resistance is 0, means the MOSFET is a breakdown, needs to change.
4.Find the F1 fuse, adjust the multimeter watch hand in the tap position of resistance, if the value of resistance is below 10 Ohm, means it ok. If the value of resistance is infinity or no value, mean the F1 fuse breakdown, need to change.

Note: Battery is not included.

Installation Connection
1, Red terminal: Connect DC positive, black terminal: Connect DC negative. Show in Figure 1.
2, AC socket: Connect to the mains. Put the side of the AC cord which has holes into the inverter with a 3-foot outlet and the other side of the AC cord to home 3PIN AC outlet.
Switch: Connect the connections in the right way, then turn on the switch. The inverter starts to work.
